Bootcamp

This is an Outdoor Group Exercise catering for both males and females of all fitness levels. The Bootcamp includes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. The Bootcamp is designed to push your fitness limits.

SUNSET BOOTCAMP

Time: 5.30pm
Days: Sundays and Wednesdays
Location: Al Ain Corniche


Bootcamp classes run for four weeks on a monthly basis with 2 sessions each week.
