If you have not yet experienced one of the UAE's best boot camps with Oasis Fitness you really are missing out. I cannot recommend Simba and his camps highly enough. I have trained and competed in many countries throughout the world and can honestly say Boot Camp with Simba is by far one of the best.
The classes really are for everyone, there are people from all different backgrounds and no we are not all super fit ! As well as being amazing for your fitness levels these classes are sociable too.
Simba works tirelessly to design classes to suit all levels of fitness, his classes are fun, varied and always meticulously planned. Simba is a great trainer and highly knowledgeable, a great motivator and pushes you hard to reach your goals, whatever they maybe. Regardless of your fitness level, gender, shape or size the Al Ain Boot Camps are for everyone.
What more could you ask for, breathtaking sunrise or sunset classes, surrounded by sand dunes, Jebel Hafeet and located at the Al Ain Corniche you really should give it a try. My only regret is that I didn't find Simbas classes sooner.

Boot camp is a great "stress relief" activity that tests physical endurance, strength, cardiovascular fitness. I have specific fitness goals in mind and boot camp is helping me achieve them. My energy level has increased and my sleep has improved drastically since starting the class. In general my fitness level has improved and I look forward to the sessions each week. It is great to be active outside with others who share a similar goal and a Boot camp leader who gives a new meaning to the phrase - "pushing the envelop." In a word, Boot camp is fantabulous!

At my age, it is important to get 40-60 minutes of exercise most days in the week.
Weight-bearing activities such as running and weight lifting is a good ideas for keeping fit through your 40s. And I must say I feel much better because of Boot camp.
